Is using a professional photographer to get a Headshot good value? Short answer, Yes!
First lets take a bit of a look at the price of photography and images..
Head over to Getty images and do a quick search for corporate Headshot. The search results you will see will give you an endless variety of Headshot images that you can purchase to use for your website. It gives you the price you will need to pay to be able to use one of the images you select for a period of time. This is called image licensing. It tells you where you can use the image for that price, for example, company website, print advertising, tv, social media etc etc..

Oh wait, hold on…. Thats $650 for one image and its not even a picture of me!
I hope you’ll agree that this really puts it into perspective.
It may even shock some of you a little to see how much one image is worth on average.
