BOOKING NOTES:

Travel Fees: Adelaide Region / South Australia Wide

Please choose the appropriate session within the booking form that matches your shoot location.

• ADELAIDE REGION CALLOUTS:
  Sessions within 40km from Adelaide CBD are inclusive of travel.
  
• SOUTH AUSTRALIA REGION + CALLOUTS: (Bookings to be made via email)
  For sessions outside of 40kms from Adelaide CBD a small travel fee of $60 per session is required. Some locations may require overnight travel fees also.
  
  
• INTERSTATE BOOKINGS: Please get in touch for a proposal.

Large Scale Teams & Interstate Bookings

For large scale team Headshot sessions (21 – 200+ people), interstate bookings outside of South Australia or Adelaide region, bookings can be made manually by emailing via the contacts page and I will work with you to find the best date that suits you and your business.

Setup & Pack down

Please note, your session includes approx 30 minutes setup & pack down time. The time you book online will be the time that I arrive at your location to set up for your session. If you have a busy schedule, feel welcome to introduce me to your assistant prior to your shoot so that when I arrive and you can stay productive until the studio is ready for you to shoot.

After Hours Headshot Photography Sessions

If you’d like to book an after hours Headshot or Portrait session, Evenings or Weekends, or the session date or time you’re looking for is unavailable, please get in touch as I may be able to help or reschedule our planner.

Natural Headshot Makeup

I’m partnered with the amazing Makeup Artist, Rebecca Burton at Every Day Women Makeup. If you would like to use Bec’s services and create stunning natural makeup specially suited to professional Headshots, please let me know before booking your session and I’ll check availability with her and assist in making your booking.

BOOKING RESERVATION TERMS:

To reserve the Session Date and to reserve the photographer, full payment is to be made prior the requested booking date. The Client shall pay to Lee Knowles Photographer, The Headshot Creative, upon execution of this Agreement via completing the booking form or making a manual booking, the full session fee which includes a non-refundable reservation fee in the amount of 25% per booking.

Client understands and agrees that Lee Knowles Photographer, The Headshot Creative will not book other sessions during this time. In the event that Client cancels the session or fails to attend the session on the Session Date, for any reason, without reasonable notice Lee Knowles Photographer, The Headshot Creative shall suffer losses that are difficult to ascertain. As such, Client agrees that, in the event of cancellation by Client, such 25% shall be forfeited by Client and paid to Lee Knowles Photographer, The Headshot Creative as liquidated damages and not as a penalty. Client and Lee Knowles Photographer, The Headshot Creative agree that such amount is reasonable.

All rescheduling or cancelling of session must be done before 48 hours before your booking time so that there is time to fill your space in the shoot planner
